Jeff lost 200 pounds on his own in only one year with a rigid diet and exercise regimen. Jeff had facial surgery and underwent a series of rigorous medical tests in order to be considered for an extended body tuck, a medical procedure that would remove the large amounts of excess skin remaining on his frame.
