Overview
KAN’s hands have a lower temperature than average, which is ideal for making chocolate decorations. KAN wins the contest with a “Black Forrest Pirate Ship Cake”. SHEUNG comes out suddenly and blames KAN for copying somebody else’s work. YUNG’s unruly daughter, SA LAI, introduces KAN to their experienced chef, CHEUNG TAN FAT. FAT learns that KAN is not easy to get along with and he asks his subordinates to put him on their guard. YUNG asks KAN to manage the kitchen and LAI is dissatisfied. KAN met a teddy boy, whose name is SUEN YU LOK, when he was in the prison. KAN helps LOK to take care of his street stall. SHEUNG reports this to the Public Health Inspectors and KAN is arrested. “Dream Workshop” is on fire and SHEUNG is very sad. KAN suggests giving trainings to new apprentices so as to improve their standard. LAI objects while YUNG appreciates the idea. SHEUNG finds that KAN is nearby when “Dream Workshop” was on fire.… ...
