Overview
The film tells the story of a famous gangster. Arap Kadir is injured during a showdown within the mafia. After fighting for his life for a long time, Kadir miraculously returns to life. However, he escapes from the hospital while still injured and before he has fully recovered. Upon hearing the news, rival mafia gangs set out to track him down. Meanwhile, Commissioner Enver, who is leading the investigation, discovers a photo of his own wife at Kadir's home. Now, in addition to the mafia, Commissioner Enver is also on Kadir's trail. The noose is tightening around Kadir.
